Job Overview
AAA The Auto Club Group is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist members who need emergency roadside assistance. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle trouble, helping coordinate services such as towing, battery assistance, lockout support, and other roadside needs.
Representatives work in a fast-paced remote call center environment, gathering information from members, dispatching service providers, and keeping customers informed throughout the assistance process. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are looking for an entry-level work-from-home position with a well-known company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members requesting roadside assistance
- Gather details regarding vehicle location and service needs
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to dispatch assistance
- Provide members with service updates and estimated arrival times
- Document call details and service information accurately
- Verify service completion and close out cases in company systems
- Identify opportunities to promote AAA memberships and related services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to de-escalate customer concerns professionally
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup
